KCK When I rode a motorcycle year round (in Chillinois) I seldom ever had so much as a sniffle. When I worked in construction and when I drove a truck I didn't get sick much. But, when I gave over and started working inside in an office I got horrible colds, etc. Then I started riding my bicycle to work and to the grocery store every other day - no flu and one minor URI (cold) that was gone in short order. Since I didn't increase or decrease my pepper consumption I can't say if that helped or hindered. But, I do know that the only time I got a flu shot (30 years ago) it worked. I got the flu. <GGG> ENJOY!!! -------- UNCLE DIRTY DAVE'S KITCHEN -- Home of Yaaaaa Hooooo Aaahhh!!! HOT SAUCE and Hardin Cider
