A Dutch Oven is a great, big, heavy, deep pot with a lid. We have Pace & Crystal sauces and salsas here, too. Very mild. I remember looking at grocery stores in Paris and all I could find was Pace and some other salsa from the US that I never heard of, but had a very commercial look to it. The "Spice Of Life" in France is homemade Dijon Mustard. Karen
