Buying HID lights is no joke. There is a VP at Ithaca College who was
visited by the authorities after buying lights. He is actually an annual
nut and starts everything imaginable from seed in several greenhouses but
he really had to explain himself. Be careful, friends. Big brother really
is watching, particularly, these days, if you grow certain poppies.:-) or
is it :-(
