Actually, at the moment, I have a potted azalea, an enormous cactus, several philodendron plants, and two poinsettias growing in pots, with dirt, in various living areas (not counting the screened porch).. Only the azalea is enthroned in pretty paper with a bow (the way it arrived as a Valentine); the others are all old residents. A small Step, it is true, but give me time. One day I'll bring the artichoke and lupine seedlings into the living quarters. So what's a couple of roses in pots? Think of them as a decorative statement. Pat
