Thank you for your reply. I will try to root Magnolia
stellata cuttings.
On the Internet somebody wrote how he succeeded in rooting Rhodo
cuttings. He took cuttings (new shoots) by the end of July when the
buds for the coming year were forming, stripped most of the leaves
and put them in half sand/half peat. It worked. I quess I will try
this for my Rhodo's and for the Magnolia. Thanks for your reaction.
