Thanks for the zuchinni recipe Catherine. I can't wait until July to try it out. The birds took my first seeding and I'm still waiting for the next crop (that I started in pots this time) to leaf out before planting. I'm a little confused though...I was under the impression that you're not supposed to actually ingest epazote, especially 4 tablespoons worth.
