I was just going to ask if she wasn't on this list.  When her zucchini
starts producing, I hope she'll keep us informed of the creative, non-fat
ways she uses it.  Well, apart from using it in the shotgun barrels.  I'm
planting it again, as I do every year.  Thighs don't scare me, and in fact,
i've been known to halve a thigh lengthwise and blanch it for freezing.
Stuffed eggplant is guud, but my recipe isn't low-fat.  Pat is apparently
an expert in that line, though.  Best, Margaret
