I'm planting it again, as I do every year. Thighs don't scare me, and in fact, i've been known to halve a thigh lengthwise and blanch it for freezing. Stuffed eggplant is guud, but my recipe isn't low-fat. Pat is apparently an expert in that line, though. Best, Margaret
