Hi all: Tell me - WHAT is an annual plumbago?? Ran across one at a nursery
today and it looked like the perfect plant for one of my whisky barrels.
Trying to spiff up my house in order to eventually put it up for sale. Of
course, if it doesn't quit raining (another inch today), I won't have to
worry about it because my new house will never be built! :( What is this
plant and how do I treat it? Pretty blue flowers.
