Hey, Alberta is bilingual and I've been there! They speak both
Canadian and Redneck in Alberta. The person I met who spoke Canadian
English was an ex-pat American. The people who spoke Redneck were
mostly locals.
Just how intense a form of Redneck did some of those people speak?
I saw 2 trucks in 3 days sporting the Redneck, errr, I mean
"Confederate" flag.
