Hi Penny,
    I don't know about Turkey with a sweet batter on it. Maybe it's just
something that happens to Turkeys in Carolina. That ain't a Texas
tradition. Roasted Turkey stuffed with cornbread dressing! Food to fight
for!
    I have had the discomforting experience of being invited to a Yankee
Thanksgiving, I am sure they have many things to be thankful for but it
couldn't be the food. Bread dressing wet and soggy, gravy that looked
like broth with boiled eggs in it!!!
