Hi Penny,
We had a similar thing happen here. This is a small town in a rural
county. There is a farmers market near the courthouse, space provided
free. No boothes just a large vacant area to park and display your locally
grown produce. Had to be guaranteed Texas grown, preference was for county
grown. One guy started bringing in produce from Mexico. We all know how
sanitary that can be. Remember the strawberries in the school program in
California last year? Any how he was discovered and banned. Now he shows
up nearby on the day before Market day and tells all who happen to ask his
sad, sad story. No sympathy from me! You do it. You pay for it!
