Describes the situation here, as well. You walk outside and the humidity is god-awful and the ground is baked dry. The last two days we have had impressive thunder storms all around us, but not a drop of rain. Everybody's garden is starting to look pooped. The lilies are terrible this year, the Joe Pye Weed is already in full bloom (normally not seen in flower until late August). Everything is confused and confounded. Catharine Atlanta/zone 7b
