Aw, come on Catharine, coming up with "projects for other people" keeps me
out of my own garden and the heat. <BEG>
You mean these clouds are actually for us?!? We finally got some rain!!!
Thursday day, night, and Friday day, on and off steady heavy rain for 36
hours. Ended up with over 5 inches of water *in* the ground. None to soon
either, things have been getting more dry than I like to think about.
We can always fake it with soaker hoses and hand watering, but living in a
farming area really makes you take notice. Doesn't make me feel too much
better watering my cute little plants when I know some of my friends are
worried about an entire crop.
I hope everyone in Texas is as fortunate as we have finally been.
