Brenda, my hard drive just went whacko, which means that the 
very long message I had written in response to your fine
discussion of authentic Chinese and Indian food, has evaporated. 

Since we are leaving at dawn for St.Louis and Chicago, I cannot
rewrite the message at this time. Will reply when we return.
