Hi all,
We're through the storm (Bonnie) with no major damage here. There is some
local flooding which includes some houses, some trees down, and roofs
blown off nearby, but overall, the storm did much less damage and was much
less severe than was feared.
Farther south, and the barrier islands nearby recieved more damage than we
did, but, again, not nearly as severe as had been predicted.
Thanks for all the kind words, thoughts, and prayers. Our ISP was down
along with the electricity, so we lost any messages that may have been sent
to
us, along with the email from the lists.
We're glad to be back and to be safe and sound!
