Regarding Southern Perennials.

I placed an order with Southern Perennials over the Internet on June 12th
of this year. After many phone calls, I finally received my order last
week. One plant was not available, something I didn't find out until the
plants arrived (I was told on the phone that everything I ordered was still
available). The plants arrived in good shape, but after such a long wait,
I doubt that I will ever order from them again.

SP&H told me that my order had been shipped in early July but must have
gotten lost in the mail (they do not use UPS). What has soured me on using
Southern Perennials is the fact that I felt like I had to harass them to
get my plants. I sent them email messages but did not get a response. I
called and left messages that weren't returned. When I was able to speak
with the owner, I was told that they were having employee problems. They
sure didn't have any problems charging my credit card, the charge was on my
July bill!

Needless to say, I will stick with Plant Delights, Niche Gardens and
Munchkin Nursery from now on.
