Chris from Braintree, MA Zone 5 - As a way of introduction I have been gardening for over 20 years. I am a plantaholic. I have recently learned that the reason I have had a little trouble growing some common garden plants is that probably my soil is a little too acidy. I do have hundreds of different varieties of perennials, over 60 day lilies, over 60 hostas in a relatively small garden. We only have 1/4 acre of land. I am getting into developing garden spaces with arbors and walkways. I bought over 30 small boxwoods and created a swirling hedge in the middle of my rose garden. I have been cutting designs in my shrubs.
