Good advice, Margaret. But, I've already done that - pointed out to the
realtor (and OTHER realtors AND prospective buyers) the amount of time
spent on the yard vs the amount of time spent on the gardens. The fact of
the matter is that most people want long, green expanses of grass. They
like to look at gardens - in other people's yards.......and they don't like
to think of things like weeding - AND, most of all, most of them claim
ignorance in knowing how to care for perennial gardens/roses. So there you
have it. Let's hope a GARDENER happens by...
