Hi Donna My understanding is that basil looses its flavour when dried. Better to plop some in a reezer trays with a bit of olive oil and then freeze. Or, make pesto and freeze. e Lost all my URL's (my stupidity) when the Ops. Centre formated my disk. Long and frustrating story. Now I save them on floppy.
