Alicia, we celebrate the bringing in of the harvest. That is why our
Thanksgiving is so much earlier than yours. It is also why it is so
special for me to serve those things that I have grown. It is not as
big a thing as it is in the US. Just a time for family to count their
blessings. Before our meal we all tell the others what we have been
thankful for over the past year.
