Hi Bill, I planted red skinned potatoes this year and they were absolutely
delicious, I have been giving a lot away and the rest are in store. I put some
in a large plastic pot and the others in a carton and covered both with lots
of newpaper to keep the light out and the containers are in a dark corner of
an out-building. There are a few sprouts forming but no greening and they were
lifted about 3 months ago.
