[gardeners] URL's with commercial content

A reminder to list members that under our charter commercial content in
URL's used as signature lines are forbidden. If your web page has
revenue producing banners or a page where manufacturers or commericial
concerns advertise then please don't put it in your messages. We're
doing our best to keep the list free of advertising. We're successfully
filtering all the spam now and by eleminating the advertising we will
reach our goal.
