Hi Allen

As someone mentioned, its not spinach but swiss chard.  I don't know what I was thinking of at the time.  In another daze I guess.  Actually, none of my spinach sprouted this year.  Never had this happen before.  Its been a strange year tho as I planted my yellow and green string beans same day and only the yellow sprouted.

Its been a while since I ate the Bright Lights so can't really comment on how it tasted in comparison to other chards.  My favourite cooked greens amongst the 3 are still beet greens - yummy.
