[gardeners] weird weather

Penny: too bad you had to go thru all that trouble with watering again.
Ray took all his orchids and put them on the deck to let the nice soaking
rain we got water them well. Then he had to haul them all back in last
night becasue it was supposed to finally get cold last night. (we have
over 60 orchid plants) Will miss the rosese that were blooming.
Did I ever say that I finally got a David Austin rose? Now you are going
to ask me what variety - just can't remember - would have to look it up,
but we bought it for the smaller size. It is a light pink with such
gorgeous smelling blooms. It's not one of the more common varieties that
you always hear about - oh well.
