Nigella sativa...Its the seed that its grown for,not the flower..Akin to cumin
in flavor.Its  Indian name is Kalaunji..aka black cumin,black caraway,etc.
Nigella damascena-Love-in -a-mist are also used but more in the
Medit.region..Good thing you pointed that out Margaret as its critical to know
what is known to be safe before ever utilizing flowers or other plant parts for
consumpsion.Connie
