Hm. I got up, opened the curtains, looked at the lake that used to be
the backyard, closed the curtains, put on longjohns, sweatpants,
turtleneck, wool sweater, polarfleece slippers, and stomped out to the
sewing machine, knowing that it's going to be quite awhile longer before
I can wade out into the yard without sinking out of sight.
