Hi Tom
I know there are Hibiscus growers. I think they have greenhouses tho. One of my co-workers has an hibiscus in the office. Blooms were beautiful but then she left on a year's LOA and someone else is taking care of it - no blooms but the leaves are beautiful nevertheless.
Penny in Halifax, N.S. only dreaming of a greenhouse for now.

I play a little w/ daylilies and have since the 50s, but once I
discovered hibiscus, about 10 years ago, my allegiance changed. I'm a
native Floridian and thought I was familiar w/ hibiscus, but I was very
much mistaken.
You could grow them up there. Of course, they'd have to come in for the
winter. They're trying to start a Canadian Hibiscus Society.

Why do so many people use their turnsignals:
when theyıre already halfway into the next lane,
when their lane ONLY goes left or right,
when theyıre 4 intersections before their turn?
Doesnıt make much sense if you think about it.
