Was just reviewing mail that I'd kept over the last few weeks.  Although
the subject is now dead, thought I'd tell you that this was not a hoax.  My
GP is an amateur ham and so he keeps in touch with what's going on with the
Federal Communications Commission (FCC).  The FCC person in charge made the
decision to not allow any additional internet charges.  My apologies to all
if what I'm writing is redundant!
