I use 2 gallons of water on my seedlings under lights, 2x a week,
all winter long. I ALWAYS put a squirt of liquid dish soap (Dawn) and
an 1/8th tsp of Peter's 15/30/15 or 20/20/20 in the bottom of the
gallon containers, before adding the water. It stands at room temp
for about 3 days.

I was taught to add the 'soap' to keep down the little brown flies
which love the surface of the soil. AMOF, it works 100%.
