Well, Allen, black & blue is often seen on our menus around here. Don't know about the French 'bleu' but that's just what Jimmie likes. Apparently you too! It's barely warm on the inside. Jim steals a double tablespoon of raw hamburger meat with his fingers, salts it and pops it in his mouth, whenever he spots the meat in the fridge. If I made Tartar Steak, he would eat that too, with relish. Poor man has an awful lot of arthritis, but no cholesterol problem. Seems nature sees to it that we all get something, eventually.
