Hi Penny,
How about any or all of the cabbage family? Greens like collards,
spinach, mustard or turnips. Most members of the cabage family and the
greens will withstand temperatures into the 20's. Early maturing varieties
of tomatos, pumpkins, green beans, summer and winter squash, sweet corn.
Irish potatos, lettuce and radishes should do ok.
