Hello, Joy,

Burpee can ship seeds, but, as of this past spring, when I tried to use a
credit to have them ship live tomatoes and chiles, they informed me that
they could no longer ship to California. I was so astonished, having just
ordered last year, that I plain forgot to ask. Maybe you can find out.
