Good morning, Penny, I must say, your tale of substitutions and imbibing made me hold my sides with laughter...recognizing so much of myself in your wonderfully-written tale. Yesterday, I juiced 3 cups of passion fruit juice and 3 cups of Bearss lime juice from our garden, and tonight when I pour Vivian and me our Friday night libation, we will hoist one and think of you:) And to my new friend on the Island of Dominica (whose name I most lamentably forgot!), who told me of the wonderfully easy way of removing the seeds from the passion fruit, a thousand thanks. I owe you one, big time. The juice is ever so much less bitter, minus the detritus of the seeds. Thanks again. Ron
