>Anyone else out there? I'm here, in Delaware. We're on a 60 x 120 suburban lot. At the back of the yard is a row of 9 miniature and dwarf fruit trees, and behind that the vegetable garden. There's a fence between the trees and the rest of the backyard, to keep the two little spaniels out of the garden. Out front I play with plants, move them around, mostly. Last year I had really nice delphiniums, until the blight got them. Trying again this year! I'm looking forward to the "Glories of the snow", they should be up later this month. Blue is Marjorie's favorite color, and I'm trying to have something blue in bloom as much as possible. We've also got hydrangeas, irises, plumbago (ceratostigma), convolvolus, catmint, others I can't think of right now. We had a nice blue spruce until a jerk in a pickup truck ran it down one night. That's a nice way to put it. At work I have a Cattleya orchid blooming, that's the gardening excitement right now. Last year it bloomed from February to May. David
