[gardeners] need plant suggestions for patio cracks

Hi. We have a flagstone patio set on soil and thin bed of sand and we are
looking for something to plant in the cracks between the stones (to replace
the grass that's growing there now). The patio gets full sun for about 6-8
hrs, and shade morning and evening. Soil drains fairly fast (and we're up on
a hill so it's a pretty dry area). Stones get hot when in sun. Zone 6-7
(mid-Tennessee). Creeping thyme is the common suggestion. Any others?

Thanks,

Dan Dixon
