Margaret, you have saved my life!  Somehow we Northerners
were not raised with cilantro, and I find it kinda like licorice in
that either you do, or you do not, like it.  And I do not. 

My St.Louis daughter, who adores Mexican food, also adores
pickled jalipeno peppers, and cilantro.  I have a tough time with 
those two. 

But vinegar -- now you're talking! I would brush my teeth with
vinegar, if I could.
