I do believe dat be JULY when we see nighttime temps like that.  You are
misconstruing my ill-constructed sentences.

We're starting into real chilly weather, 60s at night, close to the other
end of blossom drop as far as peppers go.  But temperatures are supposed to
get into the mid 80s today with severe thunderstorms possible.  In a few
weeks, our *daytime* temperatures will be 60s...almost like your midwinter
chills.  <grin>
