Yes that darn bull liked to fiddle with the chain that was hooked on the nail. He would do it until the gate was undone then push the gate open for all too enter. I forgot he like to do that down in the corral. I should have had that slide thing across the gate but didn't think I needed it. Oh the Emu's were taken care of. One thing we have out here in the country is some kind of weapon handy at all times. Those silly Emu's, one they killed up close to the barn when it was getting the feed scraps from the feed trough. They had to drag it way off so the cows would even come up into the pen. They just didn't like those emu's looks, smell or nothing!
