Penny,

This reminded me of the chuckle a Dallas law
enforcement officer sent to Reader's Digest years
ago.  He stopped a young girl who had just gotten
her license one morning on the freeway.  When He
walked up to her window and saw it was a young
person he very sternly said " Do you know why I
stopped you, young lady?"

She replied "Yeah, you couldn't catch anybody
else!"

I'm sure she got off with a warning for whatever
it was so he could get out of there before he
burst out laughing.
