Good morning, Mary-Anne,

Sorry about the delay....changing offices takes a lot of adjusting, and
the learning curve of learning the new residential inventory is
substantial. This explains my absence from the Tomato group of
late...the postings have simply overwhelmed me, even in digest format!

Another brand of yogurt which I can recommend as a starter is
Continental Brand, which is widely available in SoCal. I haven't made
any yogurt in years, since I discovered Abali and Byblos, among other
brands made locally for the ME community.

I hope you enjoy the chicken recipe, which is really a rice recipe with
incidental chicken.
