Hello, Mary-Anne, I made that recipe last night and it is wonderful. I would change a couple of things, however: soak the barberries for at least an hour; and instead of spreading the barberry/onion mixture at the end, steam them in layers when you do the final 50-minute steaming. The barberries are not as vivid, but less "crunchy" and the onions are deliciously soft. The other thing to note: this makes enough to feed a dozen people....the rice, that is Oh, BTW, Continental yogurt is found in most major supermarkets. Enjoy! Ron
