<< Wish your mom a belated happy 77th for us. >> Ron, It was mom's favorite dish that I made! I made a Cornish Game hen Bastilla, Chicken w/preserved lemons and olives, your Lamb w/Prunes (I subbed 1/4# of dried Nectarines as I didn't have enough Prunes), 7 vegetable Couscous w/roasted garlic, garbanzo beans, & golden raisins--- (eggplant, kabocha, Cippolini onions, zucchini, turnips, carrots, Pimentos, and a salad of Armenian cucumbers, golden beets, Kalamata, Olives and tomatoes drizzled w/balsamic vinegar and roasted garlic olive oil. We served sides of Preserved lemons and Harissa. Daughter was going to bake a rum cake but she had to work as she leaves for Australia on business today. She picked up a chocolate w/chocolate Just Deserts cake and of course French Vanilla ice Cream. We had Rosemount's Shiraz-Cabernet and Renwood Old Vine Zinfandel.
