Ron,
Your signature file does *not* hog space by todays technology standards.
Some people have ancient computers, perhaps they can't afford a new one.
They are still working with their 200 megabyte harddrive, and space is very
precious to them.
I too find the complaints annoying and have had to do business differently
here at work, in order to please those few people who cannot afford new
computers for whatever reason. Just grin it and bare it :) I sent you a
private email for some solutions I have used to work around this.
