Carol,

We may having some sun for a few days, but we got 9" of rain in February!!!!!
More rain coming tomorrow yuk. I can't wait to set out my tomato plants,
well I guess I better plant the seeds, get the heat mats on! Last year I
planted them too early, so I am holding off a bit this year. Last year I
planted out mid-March. Usually I wait to mid April or later and that's much
better as the ground doesn't really warm up until then.

Not sure if any on this list are up in Washington, but if you are---hope all
is ok. My hubby is up in Bellevue (Seattle) area on business and my inlaws
and brother in laws and families are there.
