[gardeners] Thursday at home

It's cooled off again and the rain is pelting down, flash flooding is expected.
Luckily Miz Anne is working close to home today so she shouldn't have a problem.

Tomorrow we get up at 0400 and head for the VA medical center at 0500. At 0800 I
will undergo a couple of stress tests to see what needs to be done for my heart
and to combat the high blood pressure, currently 206/82 with a 74 pulse, weird
isn't it. The first test is the standard treadmill test and the second will
follow after two hours rest and will be the nuclear test, radioactive dye in the
veins and big machine to track it. The stress tests will determine if my
shoulder is operated on in another two weeks as the orthopods want to be sure my
heart can handle the stress. What else will arise from the stress tests is, at
this moment, unknown. I already know from tests seven years ago that I have nine
veins on my heart that are plugged 100 percent, they're too small for stents so
don't know what the course of action will be. Anything is better than being half
incapacitated at times.

On the way home, if the rain stops, we will visit several nurseries that
specialize in perennials to see what they have to offer. LA highway 165 has
about 100 nurseries along it so there should be something we absolutely must
have.

I should be back on line late tomorrow afternoon.
