LOL! Sorry Margaret, I forget most of the rest of the country is not as educated in espresso jargon as Washingtonians. In Starbuck speak, a breve is a breve latte' or in other words an espresso drink made with 1/2 and 1/2 instead of milk. A frappe would never contain ice cream, that would be a milkshake, with or without espresso. I usually drink breves and suffered through many explainations on how to make one on my visits to CA until this last year. No one knew what they were south of Bend, OR.
