Ma non Cher! I eat them breaded and fried eggplant but not with no sugar on the. A little hot sauce
and mebbe ketchup but no sugar. Sounds nasty, suspect it's a Fall River, Massachusetts thing, that's
were Emeril Lagasse is from and he's Portugese not Cajun.
