Hi, Penny,

Your ME market likely has it: it is a mixture of wild Jordanian thyme,
sesame seeds and a touch of sumac and salt.. It is a widely used herbal
mix used throughout the Middle East. Our store has it in small jars by
Sadaf for us gringos, and in 5# sacks for the serious aficionados and
restaurants. Penzey's now lists it in its catalog of spices, on p. 38 of
their spring catalog,  and I assume one can order it from them online.
