I've probably had more problems in my life from too little salt than from too much and add salt to everything. As a kid in the Canal Zone, my legs were broken out in ugly sores because of inadequate salt in my diet in that hot climate. Only a small percentage of people have a problem with salt and blood pressure and I'm not one of them. Sugar and starch are carbohydrates and our bodies turn starch into sugar. I do think some of those modified vegetable oils aren't good for anybody. Tom Miller ................................................
