And some folks, like me, take calcium blockers to lower their BP. I take so much BP meds I'm beginning to wonder if they're not cancelling each other out. I'm trying to eat better, lose a lot of weight, drink lots of water and exercise more. Probably should have started this regime when I was 44 and in pretty good condition and not at 64. Getting old is fun if you're healthy.
